Unable to Login to the Essbase Administration Server (EAS) After Changing MSAD/LDAP Servername, Error "Login Failed"

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The MSAD/LDAP Servername was changed to a new name. Modified the User Directory configuration in Shared Service to the new MSAD same and restarted all services. When trying to log in to the EAS Server after this change, no MSAD/LDAP user can login. Errors with "Login Failed".
MSAD/LDAP servername changed.
