Symptoms

Following an attempted deployment of an HFM Application Server for 11.2, an error results: "Deploy to application server failed". The logs may show an additional error: "Error: [[C:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\common\config\11.1.2.0\resources\ant-repository\build.xml:8: java.lang.IllegalStateException: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException".
