Oracle Access Manager - OAM

Symptoms

When users try to login to EPM Workspace or Smart View (Shared Connection) , they get prompt for additional login (product specific) after successful SSO authentication through Oracle Access Manager - OAM. Ideally, after successful integration of OAM with EPM System, users should be able to login to the application in very first attempt but here, this is not the case.
