Symptoms

After rehost the FDMEE repository database, Unable to run the data load rule with  Error During ODI Process Submission

Agent log shows this Error

Error retrieving ID statistics for repository FDMEE.[[
ODI-1406: Agent OracleDIAgent started with warning: JDBC connection error occurs while connecting to the work repository FDMEE.
Caused By: oracle.odi.core.config.WorkRepositoryResourceFailureException: ODI-10182: Uncategorized exception during repository access.
Could not get JDBC Connection; nested exception is java.sql.SQLException: Exception occurred while getting connection: oracle.ucp.UniversalConnectionPoolException: Cannot get Connection from Datasource: java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist
IBM AIX RISC System/6000 Error: 2: No such file or directory
