Symptoms

After recent update of all passwords for the databases used for EPM products, reconfiguration of the database and restart of the services Life Cycle Management (LCM) export and import fail with the error:

Error : Import Security Failed - Registry: Planning product not found.

In the logs see the message:
Registry Exception Occured - Failed to create new database connection using datasource.RootCause:[ORA-01017]

Changes

Update of all passwords for the databases used for EPM products.
