After Migration To Oracle Analytics Server, Some Analysis Fail With nQSError 12010,10092, 23004 (Doc ID 2669966.1)

Symptoms

After Migration to OAS, a few reports are causing crash


state: HY000. Code: 12010. [nQSError: 12010] Communication error connecting to remote end point: address = xxx.yyy.zzz; port = nnnn. (HY000).
and any other reports running at same time are failing with error
State: 08004. Code: 10092. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: 08004] [nQSError: 10092] The Oracle BI Server is not currently running. (08004)
State: 08004. Code: 10092. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: 08004] [nQSError: 10092] The Oracle BI Server is not currently running. Cannot connect to server machine (08004)

OR

[nQSError: 23004] Invalid request: Subtotal GROUP
BY clause cannot contain an aggregate expression case when Achivement
