Oracle recommends the following privileges to be granted to the owners of the database schemas.

The following privileges must be granted to the owners of the database schemas:
• CREATE ANY SYNONYM
• CREATE CLUSTER
• CREATE INDEXTYPE
• CREATE PROCEDURE
• CREATE SEQUENCE
• CREATE SESSION
• CREATE TABLE
• CREATE TRIGGER
• CREATE TYPE
• CREATE VIEW
• DROP ANY SYNONYM
 

Is it OK to revoke these privileges after the install and configuration is complete? Are these privileges only needed for install and configuration or are they needed for the functionality of the application?
