Symptoms

An ad-hoc HFM query, containing an intersection that includes the Parent Currency member and the top Entity member, has been set up in an Excel sheet. When a Smart View refresh is attempted, an error is thrown: "HFMEPM-7290 an unexpected error occurred in the data grid object".
