Symptoms
In a 2-cluster FDMEE setup, when stopping the FDMEE service on Server A while Server B is running, a user can't run a data load rule. The system tries to connect to the agent on server A and throws an error: "[SRC_CLASS: com.hyperion.aif.util.RuleServiceExecutor] [SRC_METHOD:executeDataRule] An Error occurred while invoking ODI process.[[oracle.odi.runtime.agent.invocation.InvocationException:ODI-1424: Agent host or port cannot be reached using http://<ServerA>:6550/oraclediagent.at oracle.odi.runtime.agent.invocation.RemoteRuntimeAgentInvoker.reThrowAgentErrorAsInvocation(RemoteRuntimeAgentInvoker.java:1307)"
