Symptoms

In an Excel sheet, connected to HFM via a Smart View private connection, the following layout has been set up:

Cell B1 contains the function =Now()
Cell B2 contains the function =TEXT(B1,"MMM")
Cell B3 contains the function HsGetValue (sample string shown below)

=HsGetValue("SIMPLE4DIM","Scenario#Actual;Year#2008;Period#"&B2&";View#Periodic;Entity#Connecticut.Stamford;Value#;Account#Sales;ICP#[ICPNone];Products#GolfBalls;Customers#Customer2;Custom3#[None];Flow#Increases")

Excel will prompt to refresh the sheet, but attempts to do so yield no results. The specified POV is not applied.
