Symptoms

When attempting to configure Foundation Services to connect to a SQL Server database that has SSL in place, it fails and the following message is seen in the configtool.log -

weblogic.jdbc.sqlserverbase.dden: [FMWGEN][SQLServer JDBC Driver]The SQL Server login requires an SSL connection.
