Symptoms
When attempting to launch FR Web Studio from Workspace's Tools menu, the Launch Reporting Web Studio option is missing from the menu list. The steps documented in Knowledge article 2369520.1 were implemented but the issue remains.
Changes
FR Patch 26386614 (Patch Set Update 11.1.2.4.707) was recently applied.
