Symptoms
When an Excel spreadsheet is opened on a laptop screen in Microsoft Surface Pro, users are able to use the drag-and-drop operation for POV dimensions in Smart View. But when the sheet is dragged to an extension screen, the drag-and-drop operation for POV dimensions no longer works. However, users can insert rows, manually modify POV dimensions and refresh the sheet successfully on the extension screen.
