In OAS 5.5 version few external users were not showing up in EM after configuring Active Directory
Only the users appearing in are able to authenticate in OAS.
Errors in bi_server1-diagnostic.log
[tenant-name: GLOBAL] [SI-Key: ssi] Get user profile failed with user not found error for USER[[
oracle.igf.ids.EntityNotFoundException: Entity not found for the search filter (&(objectclass=person)(usernameattr=USER)).

Caused by: oracle.igf.ids.arisid.ArisIdNoSuchSubjectException: Entity not found for the search filter (&(objectclass=person)(usernameattr=USER)).
Configured External Authentication provider, in this case, it was Microsoft Active Directory
