Symptoms

Attempts to start the FDMEE agent failed with an error: "oracle.odi.core.config.UncategorizedConfigurationException: ODI-10181: Uncategorized configuration exception. ODI-10143: Error while accessing the Primary repository.  javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: Unable to resolve 'jdbc.odiPrimaryRepository'. Resolved 'jdbc'; remaining name 'odiPrimaryRepository'".
