Symptoms

After new users are assigned to security groups in Active Directory, those assignments are not appearing in Shared Services, so the new users are not getting required access.

Restart of the services does sync up the new group-to-user assignments.

After adding new users to Active Directory and assigning them to groups, they should be synched up automatically, not after a restart.
