Symptoms

Data Management module takes a long time to load, and once it renders, no content appears on the Setup or Workflow tabs.  The aif-WebApp.log might show this error: JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation.  Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: [FMWGEN][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]The multi-part identifier 'ADAPTERS.ADAPTER_NAME' could not be bound.".

Changes

EPM 11.2 has been installed.
