The My Profile Image in the Classic Home Page is Missing when Oracle Analytics Server is Accessed via SSO (Doc ID 2719793.1)

Single Sign On (SSO) was configured for Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) via Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) WebGates as per:

         DOC ID 2097038.1 - OBIEE 12c|OAS: How To Configure OBIEE 12c with Oracle Access Manager (OAM) SSO using OHS 12c WebGates for OAM (IAM) 11g and OID 11g (IDM).

When logging in to /analytics via the non-SSO ("direct") URL, see the My Profile image (avatar.png) is displayed.

When logging in to /analytics via the SSO URL, see the My Profile image is not displayed, and instead see only a blank / empty circle.  When this issue is encountered, see the following is observed in the Web Browser > Developer Tools:

In the Console page: Failed to load resource: the server :7777/biinfer/api/v1...?keys=userPicture:1 responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

In the Network page: Not Found.  The requested URL /biinfer/api/v1/user/profile was not found on this server.
