LCM Utility.bat Fails To Connect To SSL Enabled LDAP On Java 7 With Error "EPMCSS-0581" (Doc ID 2721643.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to LCM export using utility.bat for Shared Services artifacts, the following error occurs.

Migrating artifacts from Foundation/Shared Services to \Oracle\Automation\BackupProcess\conf\HSS-Shared Services

Error in migrating artifact - Users

EPMLCM-14000:Error reported from Hyperion Shared Services. EPMIE-00105: Failed to export Users. RootCause: [EPMCSS-05817: Failed to connect to user directory. Some of configured user directories not initialized []. Verify user directory configuration.]. Contact Shared Services Administrator.

LDAP directories are SSL enabled.

LCM is working in the UI but fails for the utility.bat script.
