Symptoms

Import of Planning Security failing from both LCM and Import Security utility with below error message

Cannot find user XXXX for specified application. One possibility is that the user may not be provisioned for this application
The following access not imported:-XXXX,CCCC,READWRITE,@IDESCENDANTS due toInvalid user name found in the file.
