Unable To Paste Into Planning Forms With Chrome, MS Edge, Firefox And Internet Explorer (Doc ID 2733221.1)

Symptoms

Users are having difficulties pasting values into Planning forms when using Chrome, MS Edge, Firefox and Internet Explorer. Doc ID 2065224.1 says that the issue was fixed in PSU 11.1.2.4.003. Planning 11.1.2.4.009 has been applied at my company, but users are still unable to paste values into Planning forms. Are there browser settings users should set that allow the paste functionality in Chrome, MS Edge, Firefox and Internet Explorer or is there still a Bug for this issue? Is there a workaround?
