OAS: Unable To Add Publisher Objects As Links To Answers Dashboard (Doc ID 2733695.1)

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Create a Publisher report and add the report to a dashboard.

2. Save the dashboard and open it.

3. The Publisher report is embedded and works as expected.

4. Edit the dashboard. Click the "XYZ" button on the Publisher report object and click "Properties".

5. A dialog box titled Publisher Report Properties with the Display Mode content appears.

6. Change the radio button from "Embedded Content" to "Link". Click OK.

The page ignores the OK button click and no obvious error messages are displayed.
