It has been found that the get cell function parameters changes after updating the FR report even for a small change.

Steps to validate the issue
----------------------------

- Create a new FR report using FR web studio
- Use the following cell syntax:

- Save, then run
- FR works fine
- Add a text row above the corresponding first data row in the grid (i.e. Row #2)
- Save
- Then it will show a broken function with the missing left parentheses, and changes the Page parameter as shown below:
