Application Policies Deleted After Importing OBIEE 11g Bundle Into OBIEE 12c (Doc ID 2735279.1)

Symptoms

You are following the instructions on Upgrading Oracle Business Intelligence from 11g to 12c, and have:

  1. Generated the BI Migration Tool (bi-migration-tool.jar).
  2. Created the export bundle from the 11g server.
  3. Are trying to import the bundle into the 12c server.
  4. Import completes successfully, but all the application policies are no longer visible.

Migration log file shows the below error:
