You can associate Groups/Users to Roles one by one in Business Intelligence Instances> Security> Application Roles in Fusion Middleware Control.

Sometimes you need a way to do everything at once, instead of setting up each Roles on the screen.

This document shows details on how to add Users/Groups to application roles with WLST.
