HFM Application Not Responding, Getting "Invalid or could not find module configuration 'hfmadf.application'." (Doc ID 2740638.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open an HFM application, it fails to open and you get the following message: "Warning - An error occurred processing the result from the server. - Description: Invalid or could not find module configuration 'hfmadf.application'.".


When this issue happens, a possible workaround is to restart the HFM servers, however the issue returns eventually.

Changes

A patch (PSU or PSE) has been applied to HFM.
