Symptoms

Running a Cube deployment from MaxL fails with an error. The same Cube deploys fine, if deployment is started from Essbase Studio console.

MAXL>deploy outline from model '<Model Name>' in cube schema '<Schema name>' with option delete_members login <User Name> identified by <Password> on host '<Host Name>' to application '<Application Name>' database '<DB name>' using connection '<Essbase Connection Name>' 

essmsh error: Parse error near login
