Financial Reporting (FR) Web Studio Displays Blank For All Text Objects

Symptoms
After applying any of the newer patches that came after Patch Set Update (PSU) 11.1.2.4.708, text objects in reports show blank in FR Web Studio. However, when these same reports are rendered in either HTML or PDF, the texts are visible.
