Hyperion Planning: Unable To Attach Documents To A Cell When A Form Is Opened Via Right Click Menu (Doc ID 2745569.1)

Symptoms

Open a Data form using right click menu and try attaching a Explore Repository document to one of the cells, the attachment window is blank. When you close the the attachment window you get the below error

ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #9

Opening a data form normally will not have this issue and happens only when form is opened via right click menu.
