Not Able to Connect On Premise FDMEE With Cloud EPM (Doc ID 2745899.1)

Symptoms

Attempt to connect to EPM Cloud from on premise FDMEE raise following exceptions.

Note - Following 3 patterns of exception messages are observed even though cause and resolution remains same.


Error in retrieving applications from cloud environment:
java.io.EOFException: Response had end of stream after 0 bytes

Error in retrieving applications from cloud environment:
GET host.oraclecloud.com/aif/rest/V1/applications/ returned a response status of 400 Bad Request

Error in retrieving applications from cloud environment:
java.net.SocketException: Connection Reset
