Symptoms

Users experience intermittent connection failures between on-premises FDMEE and PBCS.  An error appears: "javax.net.ssl.SSLKeyException: Hostname verification failed: HostnameVerifier=weblogic.security.utils.SSLWLSHostnameVerifier, hostname=XX.XXX.XXX.XXX".
