Error When Trying To Start Financial Close Management (FCM) Service: "Data Source financialclose_datasource does not exist" (Doc ID 2760785.1)

Symptoms

After re-pointing the 11.2.4 FCM data source to a schema copy from 11.1.2.4 and re-deploying the FCM/ARM managed servers to Weblogic successfully, the FCM managed servers do not start. Errors are thrown: "Error while opening JDBC connection...oracle.jbo.DMLException: JBO-26061: Error while opening JDBC connection. Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: Pool connect failed : java.sql.SQLException: Data Source financialclose_datasource does not exist".

The financialclose_datasource does exist, and points to the correct schema.
