When Attempting to Delete the EPMA enabled Consolidation application from Consolidation Administration it fails with Error "This is an EPMA application. The functionality must be done through EPMA"

Symptoms
When attempting to delete the EPMA enabled Consolidation Application from Application Library it hungs for a long time, The application is partially deleted from the Application library but still can be seen under Applications list in Consolidation Administration. When trying to delete, it fails with the below error.

Additional similar errors. have also been captured in the xfm.odl..log for the same time and date in which the system error indicates.

Changes
The EPMA application is partially deleted from Application Library but sill available In Shared Services. This can be confirmed by running the diagnostic Test by navigating to Application Library-->Right click on Application-->Run diagnostic
