FDMEE Does Not Show Application Listing In LCM Under Application Data -> Consolidation Applications (Doc ID 2796937.1)

Symptoms

Unable to show the artifact listing for Application Data - > Consolidation Applications -> ( HFM Application name). LCM showing Loading status but hangs workspace. (see screen shot)

SharedServices_LCM.log shows

 Failed to connect to "FDM Enterprise Edition" while performing explore/listing for application.
Received status code - "503" with error message - "Weblogic Bridge Message Failure of server APACHE bridge: No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent."Possible cause of error no backend server available for connection
