Report Timestamp Is Different From System Time Zone Configured In DV Console In Oracle Analytics Server (Doc ID 2800923.1)

Symptoms

After accessing the DV console then System Setting area and configure/select the Time Zone to a particular Time Zone and restarting the Presentation Server, for example:

(GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada); Tijuana

 

Once the Presentation Server is restarted and an analysis is ran in Analytics, the timestamp on the report is not the same as the Pacific Time selected in system settings
