Symptoms
Getting the below exception error when the "-jar obia.config.jar" command is executed:
D:\OracleBI\FMW_PROD\bi\biapps\scripts>"C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_231\bin\java.exe" -jar obia.config.jar D:\OracleBI\FMW_PROD\bi\biapps\scripts\input.txt
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Malformed \uxxxx encoding.
