ODI Job Can't Insert Data to Essbase After Restarting DB Server (Doc ID 2833890.1)

Symptoms

One ODI job retrieve and insert Data from  DB server to Essbase Studio Server.     ODI job still is failed to run when restarting DB server on each time.  Error persists even if DB server back to work normally.
