When retrieving data using Smart View Functions, the error "#Name?" will appear in Cells (Doc ID 2835685.1)

Symptoms

When trying to use Smart View functions for a specific user, it returns "#Name?" instead of the data when connecting to HFM Applications. For the user, Smart View Ad-hoc is working properly. The user cannot see the values using the Smart View formulas.

The issue will not be resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling Smart View, Excel, and the operating system on the user's machine.
