OAS 5.9 - DV: Users Getting Locked Out When Trying To Reload Dataset And Unable To Refresh Dataset. (Doc ID 2849187.1)

Symptoms

 After changing AD passwords, users get locked out when trying to reload datasets and are unable to refresh data.

Error is "500 Internal Error. Invalid Username or password"

Changes

Issue happens when using OAS 5.9 with uses AD authentication.

The datasets and projects are created using the DV connection with Required User Credentials. After users change their passwords (using AD menu or Windows control alt del.), DV shows an error when trying to reload Dataset. User is locked for 30 mins afterwards.

The issue happens to both native and external LDAP users.
