Essbase Partition Validation Error : "Unable to Open File <Partion Temporary File>". (Doc ID 2850615.1)

Symptoms

Essbase applications are migrated using EAS (Essbase Administration Services) Migration Wizard from source 11.1.2.4 Essbase server to target 11.1.2.4 Essbase server.

Getting below validation error while saving the partition that is copied from source server application to target server application and also while trying to create and save new partition:

Unable to Open File "C:/Windows/Temp/<partitiontemp_filename>)"

Below error is in application.log:

Error(1019005) Unable to Read [<Drive>:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1\EssbaseServer\essbaseserver1\APP\<App_name>\<database_name>\<dbb_filename>.ddb], Not a Recognized Format
