EPM: 11.2.8 not Applying Fusion Middleware Patches Listed in Readme (Doc ID 2853654.1)

Symptoms

After applying EPM 11.2.8 update, Fusion Middleware Patch Set updates listed in the Readme are not applied:

Fusion Middleware Patch Set updates including:

  • WebLogic Patch Set Update 12.2.1.4.210330
  • ADR for WebLogic Server 12.2.1.4.0 JULY CPU 2020 for WebLogic Server SPB
  • Bundle patch for Oracle Coherence Version 12.2.1.4.8
  • ADF Bundle Patch 12.2.1.4.210706

 

This is seen by checking Oracle inventory after applying 11.2.8:
