Assigning A User To A Role With Full-Width Characters In Name Does Not Work (Doc ID 2855111.1)

Symptoms

After assigning a user to a role with polish diacritics in name there is no change in list of Application Roles seen after login to analytics (My Account -> Applications Roles)
This was working in OAS 5.5
Steps to reproduce the issue below

1.Create an Application Role with “Polish Diacritics”

 

 

 2.Assign the Application Role to a user

 

 

 

  3.Check if the same appears in the Application Roles of the user by logging in to the user and navigate to My AccountApplication Roles.
