Symptoms

According to Doc ID 2832967.2 - Business Intelligence 12c (12.2.1.4) - Option 1: Follow the recommendations for the Stack Patch Bundle (SPB) , apply the WebLogic Patch 33791665 in OBIEE 12.2.1.4 environment. Then generate the BI Migration tool jar file in the environment, but failed with below error:
