Exportarchive.sh Fails With "StorageEndpoint Details Not Found" When Using The Options 'includecustommaps' Or 'includedata' (Doc ID 2871100.1)

Symptoms

When the $DOMAIN_HOME/bitools/bin/exportarchive.sh or /exportarchive.cmd is run with either option, 'includecustommaps' or 'includedata', the process gives a warning "StorageEndpoint details not found", then the error: "Export status of data operation exportBAR: FAILED!"
