Dataset Reload Failed with Error "Failed to schedule a reload of the Dataset . Unauthorized" (Doc ID 2871251.1)

Symptoms

On an in-place upgrade from Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) 5.9 to OAS 2022 (6.4).

When trying to reload data sets (from DB) with Data Access = Automatic Caching (XSA Cache) - using "Reload Data" action from DS menu, following error pops-up :

"Failed to schedule a reload of the Dataset XXXX. Unauthorized"
