Successfully installed Oracle Analytics Desktop, but when trying to run the application, Analytics Desktop keeps alternating the display of the banner, and it doesn't start.
Assuming the OS user name has a special character, e.g. "Namé" in the example below:
Checking the derby.log file located at:C:\Users\Namé\AppData\Local\Temp\DVDesktop\logs\derby\derby.log
