EPM 11.2.x - Workspace Login Page Takes A Long Time To Open (Doc ID 2878902.1)

Symptoms

It is a clustered environment -

Server1 : OHS, FoundationServices0, <other managed servers>
Server2 : OHS, FoundationServices1, <other managed servers>

 

When trying to open the login page using the Workspace URL, it is taking a long time to bring up the login page (around 30 seconds)

http://server1:19000/workspace/index.jsp

http://server2:19000/workspace/index.jsp

 

However the OHS main page opens very quickly -

http://server1:19000 (less than 2 seconds)

http://server2:19000 (less than 2 seconds)
