Symptoms


When running any rule in a Management Ledger application the following error message occurs:

Ledger Allocation or Custom Calc Script Run Failed.
Caused by: com.essbase.api.base.EssException: Cannot connect to Provider Server. Make sure the signon parameters are correct and the Provider Server is running.
