EPM 11.2.x: Access Online Help from Essbase Administration Services (EAS) Console Gives "Error 404--Not Found" (Doc ID 2903913.1)

Using EPM 11.2.5+ / EAS 11.1.2.4.0xx. Trying to access the online help from the EAS Console launched in a web browser. It launches the following URL:  http://epm112x:19000/epmstatic/eas/docs/en/eas/help/welcome.html

Which then directs to:

https://docs.oracle.com/pls/rdman/handle404?X_ORCL_404path=%2fpls%2ftopic%2flookup%3fctx%3depm112_en%2feas%2fhelp%26id%3dwelcome.html

This only occurs with the EAS version included with the EPM 11.2.x installer.  It works fine if using EPM 11.1.2.4.xxx / EAS 11.1.2.4.037. The URL in this version is: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E40798_01/epmstatic/eas/docs/en/eas/help/frameset.htm?welcome.html
