"TypeError: Cannot Read Property 'isDst' Of Null" when Clicking Apply of Variable Prompt with Date and Time

Symptoms
You are creating a variable prompt with Variable Data Type: Date And Time as below:
Launch the prompt in the preview or dashboard page --> Click Apply --> TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'isDst').
The issue only occurred for your login user's timezone with Default-Unknown Time Zone.
Go to My Account --> Preferences --> Time Zone: Default-Unknown Time Zone.
Changes
The issue did not happen on the earlier version of 5.5. Issue found after applying 5.5.0.0.210922 or later and also can be reproduced on the latest version of 6.4 with intention.
